 The Black-eyed Susans have had, what I would call, a super bloom this year.  There are quite a bit of them everywhere brightening up the landscape.  I took this panorama out by the Milford Lake spillway about a week ago or so.

 While out walking a little over a week ago, we had another gorgeous sunset.  I decided to try a panoramic shot with my new phone which is something I seem to forget that it can do.  This was the result.  It was quite the vibrant sky.  I only cropped off the bottom a bit and added a bit of vignette to it.

 This is my last autumn panorama that I captured while out taking in the colors.  This is at Homer's Pond once again and is the south end of the pond where the other image was at the north end.  I took this from the little viewing area at the edge of the pond.

 Today's image is another from our lovely autumn.  We have finally had a few hard frosts so most of the leaves are gone now but it was lovely while it lasted.  I took this image of the Bluffs Pond from the overlook.  It is a 2 shot panoramic image that is best viewed large by clicking on it.

 We had a gorgeous sunrise during the last week of September.  The sky was filled with great light and color.  This is a 2 image pano that is actually looking to the west.

 As I was driving to and from Pennsylvania I went through a number of very heaavy rainfalls that made driving a lot of fun, not.  On the way back, in Illinois after having just gone through one in Indiana and into Illinois I saw this beautiful rainbow in the rearview mirror and had to pull over and take a shot.  It's not often I see both ends of one and a double one at that.  This is a 2 shot panoramic photo.

 November has been good for lovely skies both in the morning and evening.  This is a 3 image panorama that I shot on the evening of the 16th while out for a walk.

During these weird times I have gotten back to walking almost every day.  A couple days when it was very cold and windy I did not.  A week ago Friday evening was a lovely night for a walk and there was a beautiful sunset.  I like how the dark clouds were outlined in sunlight.  The colors were beautiful as well.  This is a 2 shot panorama.

March is almost over now but I shot this on the second day of the month on the way to work.  It was the last beautiful sunrise I have seen now that the time has changed.  I might get a chance for more if we stop having dreary mornings as daylight gets longer.  This is a 3 image panorama.  This type of image is best viewed large by clicking on it.

Most of our winter moisture came in the form of sleety snow or rain that turned to ice.  This is one such image of the pond at the Bluff's Park surrounded by icy trees and grasses.  This is a 3 image panoramic shot that is best viewed large.

We have had quite a lot of gloomy and dreary days lately that have not really produced much moisture which would at least make it a bit worthwhile.  After one long spell of dreary weather the clouds opened up for a beautiful sunset.  This is a 2 shot panorama and it was taken on the evening of 02/02/2020 which was a major palindrome day and I missed it.  The date reads the same backwards and forwards whether regular or military format.  There will not be another like this for quite some time.

This is the sunrise I was treated to on my first day back to work after our winter break on January 6.  I was hoping it was an omen of a good year to come.  So far so good.  😀  This is a 2 shot panoramic image.

Today's image is a 2 shot panoramic image taken out on Konza Prairie in early October.  This is looking towards the northwest.  Of course it is best viewed large by clicking on it.  😃

Autumn is arriving quickly.  When I was out on Konza Prairie a week ago, there were still a few flowers blooming but the hills were mostly dominated by the tall grasses which this type of prairie is known for.  It is lovely to look at in contrast to the blue sky.  This is a 2 shot panoramic image shot along the Nature Trail.  It really needs to be viewed large by clicking on it.

While I was in Minnesota, I experienced one of the most vivid sunsets I have seen in a while.  The oranges were just so vibrant.  This image doesn't quite do it justice but it's close.  It's a 2 shot panoramic capture from the evening of June 13th.  Must be clicked on and viewed large to really appreciate.

While I was in Minnesota I went to Maplewood State Park.  This is a 2 shot panoramic view from a lookout point of North and South Lida Lakes.  They are separated by the roadway visible on the left middle of the image.  It was a lovely park and a beautiful day.

Happy Groundhog Day.  He wouldn't see his shadow here as we are cloudy and dreary at the moment.  I am sure there is more winter on the way no matter what.  My image today is from a lovely day in late August of a Sunflower field in Minnesota.  This is a 3 shot panorama. The clouds were great that day and added some drama.

I was working on this image this morning.  This is a 3 shot panoramic image that is best viewed large by clicking on it.  This is a view of the huge Sunflower field that I found when I was in Minnesota in late August.  The image doesn't even totally show how this field seemed to go on forever.  It was the largest field of Sunflowers I had ever seen, just a see of yellow, it was beautiful.

On the last day of the month I am sharing an image that I took on the first day of the month.  This is a five shot panorama of Butterfly Hill out on Konza Prairie.  I took this on the evening of the Wildflower Walk refresher.  The Butterfly Milkweed was having a great year and was blooming rather profusely, it's all the orange you see and this image is best viewed large by clicking on it.
