No we don't have a Memorial Day, other than Nov 11 which is Remembrance Day. However we do have the Monday preceding Memorial Day as a holiday- to celebrate the Queen's birthday. It isn't the current Queen's B'day, it goes back a few reigns I think. Not really "celebrated" much anymore - more an excuse for kids to let off fireworks.
July 1st is our official "fireworks" day like your July 4th. Canada became a country on July 1st 1867 ( a year or so before I was born😊)
