6/1/19

I was out on Konza Prairie tonight for a wildflower refresher walk.  It was a lovely evening.  I captured this Butterfly Milkweed in the late evening sun.  The sun has a red cast lately due to some Canadian wildfires apparently.  It is posting for the 1st day of June.  Welcome to June!  😄

    Very nice capture. This image has a really nice softness to it. The red color of the flowers pop, but aren't overpowering. I deleted my previous comment as I didn't proofread it first.

      Thanks so much Tom. The sun was actually more red than it appears but couldn't get it to come out that way. I was wondering about the deleted comment. I got rid of it. :-)
