Happy Monday and happy new week!  Spring is going so quickly.  Soon it will be boiling hot if not already, I do these in advance.  😊 I miss a lot of the Spring flowers that last such a short time.  This is an image of my one Crabapple Tree's blossoms that was so beautiful and perfect for such a short time.  I wish I had had time to sit under it for hours and enjoy it but, alas, too much to do and so little time.

With everything in bloom, the Honeybees are out and about.  I captured this one visiting my Crabapple.  This tree was absolutely full of flowers and was just gorgeous.  I am glad the bees were able to make use of it's beautiful blooms.

It's Friday, TGIF!  Today's image is of a Snout Nose Butterfly that was not being very cooperative for a photo while it was visiting the Crabapple blooms this Spring.  I could not get a good profile pic to show it off properly.  This image had some nice bokeh as well so I am sharing it today because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

It's Friday, TGIF!  My Crabapple tree was gorgeous this year but, as always, didn't last long.  The weather was unseasonably warm so it bloomed early and finished early.  I was able to capture a few images of it while it was blooming including this one with some great bubbly bokeh which I am sharing today because, Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

TGIF, happy Friday!  One thing I do enjoy about autumn is the colors.  Most of them are gone now due to the very hard freeze we had but I captured some photos before that happened.  This image is of a branch of one of my Crabapple trees with it's leaves turning and several Crabapples.  It was a good year for these as the tree is full of fruit.  The birds should be happy.  I chose this image for today due to the lovely bubbly bokeh because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

It's Friday, TGIF.  I have a few Crabapple trees on my property.  They were just beginning to bloom when I shot this image a little over a week ago.  I liked the look of the buds with their pink color.  When they open, the blossoms are white.  this image had some great bubble bokeh so had to share it today because Friday's are Bokehlicious!

Happy Thursday.  More honey bees and Crabapple blossoms for today.  The Crabapples are done blooming now but were quite beautiful while they lasted.  I was glad the bees enjoyed them too.

TGIF!  Another thing that was in bloom last weekend before the cold snap was one of my Crabapple trees.  It was just filled with white flowers and smelled wonderful.  As you walked close to it you could hear buzzing and I captured an image of why.  Here is a Honeybee moving among the blooms.  Because of the lovely bokeh in this image I also shared it today because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

We made it to Friday again and Friday's Are Bokehlicious!  I chose this image of some beautiful blossoms from the Crabapple tree by the large pond for the bokeh it had.  I wish Crabapples bloomed longer, they are so lovely.  The rain we had knocked the delicate blossoms mostly off so I only was able to enjoy it for a very few days.

I mention wanting rain and our new land and a pond I have that I am restoring after it sat dormant for about 10 years and became over run with Cattails and weeds.  This is an image I took this spring when the Crab-apple tree was blooming and I had removed several Bobcat loads of cattails.  I still needed to weed the waterfall area on the left at this point.  I hope to get it running but the weather this year has other ideas like 100 degree temps in June and no rain.  We have a chance that it will change this week so fingers crossed.

I found I have two Crabapple Trees on my new land.  They were budding when the deep freeze hit and I was afraid they wouldn't bloom.  They proved me wrong and were hardier than I expected.  The blooms did not last long because we have gone right into summer with 85 F degree days but they were lovely while they lasted.

I shot this about a year ago now.  I hope to see sights like this soon.  With not having rain in 6 months and the chances not looking too great, not sure what Spring flowering will be like this year.  This is a Crabapple tree in bloom in the city park.

The fruit trees around town have been in bloom for a while and making everything look so lovely.  In the City Park this Crabapple tree was blooming quite profusely and adding a lot of color to the area.  We had a freeze last night and I have not yet had time to see how everything that was coming up did through it, hopefully Ok since it's getting rather late for freezing now.

I was able to get today's image in the City Park a couple of weeks ago.  The Crab Apple, I believe, trees were in full bloom and so I took some shots of the blossoms.  I liked this one especially because of the bubble bokeh produced by the other blossoms.
