Today's image is the last tree that I processed with an Black and white and then infrared treatment. This was another tree that was at Hershey Gardens in PA that I thought the effect worked rather well with. I liked how it showed off the twisty trunks a bit better.
Today's image is another that I did of a tree I had seen in Hershey Park Botanical Garden in Pennsylvania. I was inspired by a poster I had seen in an Extension Agent's office. This has an infrared treatment done to it, along with black and white. I really liked how it turned out, hope you enjoy it as well. 😁
I was at a meeting with a Kansas Extension Agent last week and saw this beautiful photograph in her office and was inspired. This is my version of that photo which is actually fairly close to how the tree was captured in the photo. It's the first day of November already! Christmas is just around the corner! 😂 Autumn has arrived in my area and the trees are turning color. I got this image the other day on a walk. It's not my best composition ever but I wanted the moon in it and didn't realize it was so centered. I still like it though, hope you do as well.
Happy Monday and happy new week! Spring is going so quickly. Soon it will be boiling hot if not already, I do these in advance. 😊 I miss a lot of the Spring flowers that last such a short time. This is an image of my one Crabapple Tree's blossoms that was so beautiful and perfect for such a short time. I wish I had had time to sit under it for hours and enjoy it but, alas, too much to do and so little time.
It's Friday, TGIF! My Crabapple tree was gorgeous this year but, as always, didn't last long. The weather was unseasonably warm so it bloomed early and finished early. I was able to capture a few images of it while it was blooming including this one with some great bubbly bokeh which I am sharing today because, Friday's Are Bokehlicious!
This is a tree that I saw and photographed in Pennsylvania. It was one of the straightest trees I have seen and I loved the wispy far away look of the branches and leaves.
