It's Wildflower Wednesday here on the Blog! My flower for today is Stenosiphon. It's in the Evening Primrose family and usually blooms July through September. I found this one in the second week of September. In drought, this plant will drop it's leaves and conduct photosynthesis through the stem. They can grow to 9 feet tall.

Another's one i haven't heard of.
ReplyDeleteNot surprised, not all that attractive.
