1/19/23

 Today's image is one I had totally forgotten that I was able to get this past spring.  I took it on my visit to the Lawrence Wetlands.  This was the first time I had ever observed and, more importantly, been able to photograph a Beaver in the wild.  It was swimming across a small waterway carrying material for the damn/home it was building.  It was pretty cool to see.

  1. Nice find Shelly. While they'll forage in daytime they usually do it at dusk and sunrise which makes then harder to find. and photograph
