TGIF, it's Friday!  Today's image is an autumn one that I actually took last year.  This is an image of one of the bushes by the Gazebo pond that turns a red color in the fall.  It is very thorny as well.  Not sure if it's a Burning Bush though.  Anyway, I loved the color of the leaves and with the nice bubbly bokeh I had to share it for today because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

It's a double digit day today!  It's also Friday, TGIF!  Friday's Are Bokehlicious as well so I have chosen this image to share today.  This is another image of the leaves of my Amur Maple tree after they turned red this past autumn.  The leaves from other trees behind are providing the nice bokeh.

It's Friday, TGIF!  Today's image is one I took this past autumn of my Maple tree's leaves.  It had dropped a majority of them early but the ones that hung on turned a lovely red color.  A friend of mine helped me determine the type of Maple it is by the leaf shape.  It is a Flame Amur Maple.  I read that these can be invasive but it was originally planted by the Nursery that used to own the land and there are no others anywhere around the area.  This image was chosen for the great bokeh because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

I love that I have a Maple tree on my land now.  I find the leaves very photogenic, especially in autumn when they change color.  Because the bokeh was so great on this image, I had to share it for today because Fridays are Bokehlicious!

Today's image moves from late summer into early Autumn.  These are some leaves on my lovely Maple tree that did not get into it's full color this year due to an early hard frost.  A few of the leaves were determined and remained on the tree long enough to turn.  I chose this image because of the beautiful bokeh because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

My Maple Tree did not like the cold weather and dropped most of it's leaves very quickly.  Made me sad.  The few leaves that did stay on turned a lovely color.  I captured these with some lovely bubbly bokeh behind because of course, Fridays are Bokehlicious!

We are having a bit of spring before we head into winter again on Friday.  I felt like something colorful and cheery today so here are some leaves from my beautiful Maple tree.  I call it a Red Maple because the leaves ended up red but maybe it has a different name.  It was beautiful whatever it's called.

This is a Maple tree that I photographed out on Fort Riley about a week or so ago.  It was really putting on a colorful show.  Most of the trees just turn yellow and brown around here but the Red Maples are quite lovely.  I am surprised that most of them still have a lot of leaves left even after a couple of hard freezes here.

Well that was wacky weather yesterday.  Luckily nothing too serious here and not much rain either which we could have used after the wind we have been having.  My image today is from Autumn and of some Ornamental Pear tree leaves that seem to glow in the late afternoon sun at that time of year.

So it was pretty cold out this morning, only about 13 F or -10.5 C while I was going to work.  Winter has arrived.  We were spoiled with a lovely warm autumn.  These are some leaves that were still on my in-law's Ornamental Pear tree at Thanksgiving time because of that.  Caught them seeming to glow in the afternoon light.

December is here and ice formed on my pond this morning so feels more like the season now after the warm Autumn we have been having.  Because of how warm it has been, I was able to get this image at the in-law's home of their Ornamental Pear tree as it still had a lot of it's leaves that had yet to fall.  I liked those in the late afternoon sun, reminded me of little flames.
