My Autumn Sedum was popular with many insects and butterflies this year again. There was this Crab Spider with an interesting butt marking color. I usually see them with this mark in grey but this was the first one I have ever seen with a pink one. I know its not really it's butt, it is it's abdomen. 😁
This little white Crab Spider had been on one of my Coneflowers or Echinacea pretty regularly. I captured it one day and thought it was kind of a fun picture as the markings on it's abdomen in this position look like a face.
With our recent warmer weather I am looking forward to flowers and sights of nature like this one. I captured this Crab Spider in the Ironweed this past August waiting for a meal. It probably was a good spot as I usually saw a lot of insects around the Ironweed.
Happy Monday and new week, the last full week of November already! Time is flying. Todays image is of a little spider that was photobombing my Cosmos photos one day so I decided to capture it a bit closer. I believe it is a Crab Spider.
Happy Monday! It's a holiday for a lot of people in the US, Labor Day. Here is an image of a little Crab Spider seeming to wave hello on a Cone Flower. It was probably trying to wave me away from photographing it.
