Welcome to Steamy Sunday here on the Blog! Today's image is another from the archives. This one goes back to April of 1989. This is a Burlington Route 4-8-4 locomotive that was on display in St Joseph Missouri in Patee Park. I have seen images where in later years it was undercover then and looked well cared for. I need to go take a newer image. It was donated to the city in 1962 after years of service for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy. It was built in 1937.
