It's Wildflower Wednesday here on the Blog!  Today's flower is one of my favorites.  These are Black-eyed Susans and have been blooming around my yard in various places for a few weeks now.  They bloom May through September and are part of the Sunflower family and are in the species Rudbeckia.  These make me happy to see them like Sunflowers, they are bright and cheery.

  1. Mine don't bloom until June, we'll see how long they go for this year.

  2. My neighbor's garden has lot of these. They have been blooming for most of the summer. Nice shot.
