 Happy Monday and happy new week! It's been boiling hot out so I am dreamy of Spring type weather.  I thought I would share this lovely Spring flower for cooler thoughts.  This is one of my Peony flowers in bloom this past May.

 Happy Friday and happy new week!  Summer is about officially here though we are already feeling like it with temps in the 90s.  Spring flowers came and went so quickly it seems, this is one of them.  My Peonies came and went even faster this year it seems due to the rain we had.  I'm glad I captured them when I did.  I am also sharing this photo for today due to the lovely bubbly bokeh because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

 Happy Monday and happy new week!  The Peonies are blooming like crazy in my area.  Another flower that is lovely for only such a short time and smells great as well.  We had a recent rain and I captured this before it opened fully.

 Happy Monday and happy new week.  This is a photo I took last spring and never got around to sharing.  I hope to see something similar soon this year.  This is an image of a couple of Peony blooms.  They did really well last year and hoping the same for this year.

 Happy Monday!  The Peony flowers are blooming right now.  They smell so wonderful, I wish they were longer lived but the blooms are fairly dainty for being so large.  These are a couple of blooms that were in my front yard.

 TGIF It's Friday!  Yay!  It's been another long week.  Today's image is another flower that is done for the year, a Peony.  They smell so wonderful, I wish they lasted longer.  We got a lot of rain while they were blooming and it kind of beat them up a bit.  I got this lovely one before that happened.  I had to share it today due to the beautiful bubbly bokeh because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

 I saw and captured my first Monarch last Sunday!  I was walking around in the yard with my camera and taking a couple of images of the Peonies in bloom and what do I spot also enjoying them?  To my great surprise, a Monarch!  I was only able to capture a couple of shots before it fluttered off but I did get one pretty good image.  It has some lovely creamy bokeh behind so sharing it today because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

The Peonies are in bloom in my area as well.  We have been pretty warm and rainy lately.  The flowers seem to be blooming a bit earlier than normal.  This one had some lovely bokeh behind it so I of course had to share it today because Fridays Are Bokehlicious!

Quite the beautiful day today, I wish it would stay like this for a while and not get hot like it's supposed to.  Last Saturday, which was another beautiful day, I was at the Overland Park Arboretum.  They had several varieties of Peony flowers in bloom.  This is one that I liked a lot.  I have a white one in my garden but it is different than this one, mine is more of a ball shaped type.  It's been a good year for Peonies, I have the most amount of blooms ever.  It smells wonderful.
