It's a double digit day. I was finally able to capture a decent Dragonfly image at my pond recently. The Cattails are bent every which way due to the wind and I captured it resting for a moment on one of them.
We've got lots of dragonflies up here at the (rented) cottage. Many are going as protein to the three kingbird young still in the nest. They won't be in the nest much longer though

DeleteI've only seen a handful of dragon flies this summer. But perhaps the rest have been fed to the young birds. Great capture as always.
ReplyDeleteYes, could be what is going on here too. Minnesota was thick with them but I am just now seeing a handful as well. Thank you Tom
