It's Wildflower Wednesday! Today's beauty is one of my favorite flowers that grows wild here in Kansas. There are many varieties of this flower, the pink and purple are probably best known but they don't seem to do all that well in my area. I have one I am hoping will come back this year but we shall see. Anyway, this is a very close up shot of a Columbine flower.
