I have had a lot of chances to get some interesting bird images this year.  At the large pond near where I live I have been able to observe ducks and Redwing Blackbirds.  This is one I was able to capture as it took off from a reed when it thought I was too close.It really showed off it's wing accents and why it is named as it is.
