I took this shot the day I was visiting the BNSF Shops. These are a couple working Burlington Northern Santa Fe locomotives that were siting by the Topeka Kansas station which is still used as an Amtrak stop.
That's an interesting station. It's much more modern looking than the typical Santa Fe passenger stations you see out west.
ReplyDeleteYes, I always found it very different to the typical one as well. I think it was built fairly late, like in the 50s. Thanks Tom.
