It's Friday, TGIF!  What a week.  Anyway, the Daffodils are all about done now but these were blooming earlier this week.  I love the color of them and the way it accents the frilly center.  This image had some great bokeh in it so sharing today because Friday's Are Bokehlicious!

Happy Monday!  Spring has sort of arrived to my area of the world.  This is my first mini Daffodil to bloom.  These Daffodils are only about 2 inches long, and the whole flower stem is only about 4 inches tall.  I am looking forward to seeing more flowers and signs of spring.

It's Friday, TGIF!  It has been a long short week.  😅  The Daffodils are done now but there are the photos to remember them by.  Posting this one with some lovely bubbly bokeh because Friday's Are Bokehlicious as well!

Happy Monday!  The Daffodils are nearing their end and the Tulips are beginning to open.  I found the light and perspective on this bloom made for an interesting perspective.

It's Friday, TGIF!  Friday's Are Bokehlicious as well and I have a lovely image with some great bubble bokeh for today.  These are a couple of my many blooming Daffodils around my yard, these happen to be by the Gazebo pond.

Happy Monday!  I thought I would start off the week with a group of blooming Daffodils from my yard.  I was gifted a few Daffodils one year from my Sister-in-Law and every year they keep expanding into an ever larger group.  A nice bright group to start the week.

These flowers were finished even before the Tulips were, they are the first to bloom here in my area.  The Daffodils seem to increase in numbers every year, I wish the Tulips did the same.  I loved these with the white petals and yellow centers.

Todays image is of my favorite spot on my property.  I thought it made for a lovely landscape photo. The Daffodils are in bloom at my large pond.  We have had enough rain that I have been able to run the waterfall without having to add water to the pond from my tank.  You can see the waterfall in the background but it is out of focus.  The Gazebo is just off to the right of this image.

We had a very hard freeze last week on Thursday night and Friday night, down in the low 20s.  I brought a few Daffodils in that were about to open or were open to enjoy.  Of course I had to photograph them.  I shot these against my portable black background.

I am going to continue on with my celebration of Spring.  These are my orange center Daffodils.  A different variety than I usually see and have been quite reliable bloomers.  I captured this trio of them on Monday evening.

It's a warm spring day today.  Very nice after the cold we were having.  My Daffodils are blooming like crazy.  This is a line up of them in my front yard.

This is one of my first Daffodils to bloom this spring.  The ones by the pond were the first to open.  The others in the yard are just getting ready to pop.  Will be lovely when they do.  I actually took this image with my phone.  I really like the camera on it, it's a Google Pixel 3.

Well we got down to 15 F last night.  We shall see what happens with all the flowers.  I captured this Daffodil in my garden before everything froze.  It is a 4 image stack to get mostly in focus.

Well we are starting off April very wet that is for sure. We are getting our April showers for May flowers.  Hope it doesn't all come at once though.  The Daffodils have sure benefited from the rain. This is a macro of one of my more interesting varieties with the orange center.

Spring had sprung around here last week a bit.  I had a group of miniature Daffodils open up and bloom and they are actually still doing well despite the cold temperatures.  I took this macro of one of them using a white background.

I  just felt like some happy Daffodils today.  These were some mini ones that were the first flowers to bloom in an arrangement from my sis-in-law.  I planted these all outside.  Not the opportune time to do so I hope they will come up next year.  I guess I'll see.

I am posting early because I have a day off today.  So far a cold but sunny morning.  Calling for rain but I shall believe it when I see it.  We need it very badly though.  The snow did not help much.  My image for today is a lovely group of Daffodils under the River Birch tree in the yard.  I played around with the image a bit in a new processing program I have.

It's going to be warming up quite a lot this week which will be very nice.  Today is still cold but a clear blue sky was had this morning to start the day off and that was quite nice.  I am dreaming of Spring and my Sis-in-law gave me the perfect gift for Christmas.  During the 3 most dreary months of winter, I get a basket of bulbs delivered and get to watch them grow and flower.  The first one came earlier this month and just bloomed on Sunday.  I had to take a photo of a bright spot of life in the dreary winter.

Well we had blue skies again so yay.  Saw a few flakes of snow yesterday.  Had me dreaming of Spring again which is where this image comes from.  We are supposed to be warmer again for a few days.  Anyway, I played around with this image a bit as you can see.  It's a Daffodil from my garden and I did kind of an ink/artsy effect to it.  I like to play around which is why I call my little efforts MPG Photo Creations.  :-)
